Stephen Francoeur clued me in to these engaging signs from Carleton College’s Gould Library.
The color scheme is less loaded than the one from the University of Houston Libraries. And while the typography is stronger on U of H’s signs, the illustrations and general fun tone are wonderful.
Nice. I’d like that volume slider to be numbered, and go to eleven if possible.
These are gorgeous, and it’s always fun to see that my alma mater’s library is still a vibrant, awesome place. But just so you know, it’s spelled Carleton with an e!
Whoops! Thanks, I’ll correct it now.
