Lol. Poor little guy. I noticed he’s pretty dirty too – probably from all the kids trying to pull him off the chain – the chain probably makes it like a game to kids now… before they would have left him alone, but now it’s like a challenge to try to unchain him….
Poor little S&M bunny. I agree with the Talking Books Librarian too – now it’s just a challenge for the kids to get him free. We all like that challenge that we’re not supposed to beat.
Incredible!! We can kill Superman or Spiderman in the library or maybe torture Mickie Mouse…depressing.
there’s a tied-up clifford at the newport, oregon public library. the librarians explained that kids destroy one each year by jumping up and down on it, and scholastic notified them they wouldn’t be producing any more big clifford dolls to replace their current one. so now it’s tied up. at least it isn’t that uncommon to see a dog on a leash (though clifford tends to get in trouble anyway).
