From a series of posters for the WPA Illinois art project Be Kind To Books. The series of five posters is up for auction in May and are expected to go for $1500-$2000.

    I love the old WPA posters. Was just browsing through a book of them the other day, and wishing I could wallpaper my house in them. Almost.

    I had no idea that this was worth so much. Just done a big clean-out, will be a bit more careful what I throw next time!!

    Why are they so expensive?But they are cute with old world charm.
